		<description><![CDATA[I think many times people that are in position of leadership and decision-making compromise their to reflect those of their employer/superior.  This is my first time ever hearing about the idea of &quot;unenforceables&quot; coined as a term.  I would love it if I saw more people reflect themselves in their leadership rather than what is expected from the norm/superior/employer.  More people would separate themselves from the pact if they did this.  Great article.]]></description>
