Thanks for the post. I've been accepted at Canada's #1 (U of Toronto) and #3 (Simon Fraser U) graduate schools for public policy. But, I find myself in a huge dilemma. Toronto has a well-round program (course-based) with an internship component and is at the center of many of the activities and organizations I'd like to be involved with; SFU, on the other hand, offers a partial scholarship, is $10,000 less than Toronto, and has a thesis component along with an internship one. In your decision, what weight did funding options and university prestige carry?

Hi, I wanted to stop by and tell you thanks for writing this post. I'm considering doing a MPA with a nonprofit administration concentration myself. I was dead set on law school, yet I always had an interest in the nonprofit sector(wrote my undergrad thesis on it, worked at one, currently volunteer for one and have at several over the years). I wish you the best as you start your journey and I hope to network some with you soon.
